Brad Stutts introduced one half of the CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Champions, the Dynasty's "the 1st" Ric Converse, who announced that his championship partner Xsiris was unable to attend to defend the titles prior to the beginning of the internet Pay Per View. Converse announced he would defend the titles with a hand-chosen partner, who he revealed as CWF's Rising Generation League Champion Chris "Sho Smoove" Lea. An announcement was also made that Andrew Everett had injured his ankle and that against doctor's orders he showed up, got dressed and let it be known he was fighting in the 2013 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament as scheduled!

As advertised, semifinal action in the 2013 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament kicked off the iPPV, as Trevor Lee made short work of the injured Andrew Everett. After a quick tie-up, Lee connected with Everett's injury, rolled him up and won in barely a half minute to advance to the evening's main event Weaver Cup Final.

Chet Sterling was out next to square off against Lee Valiant for the last spot in the Weaver Cup Final main event. Valiant had fire in his eyes as he was introduced and appeared to be the man fate had chosen to be the next Weaver Cup Champion. After feeling out the red-hot rookie Sterling, Valiant took him to task and finished him off in under ten minutes by pinfall to advance to the main event Final.

Tag team action was introduced next as the team Smith & Weston, Smith Garrett & Charlie Weston, hit the ring to await former Mid Atlantic Tag Champions the Killbillies. "South Paw" Aric Andrews & "Honky Kong" Evan Banks answered the bell and a hard-hitting battle erupted. With fists flying and holds executed, both teams showed out to the world-wide audience. However, the Killbillies found themselves on the wrong end of the bout's outcome, losing via pinfall to Smith & Weston!

Three-way one-fall singles action was up next as Michael "the Fury" McAllister, the Black Watch's Chase Dakota & rookie Aaron Biggs were introduced. The bell rang and mayhem erupted in and out of the ring. As the three competitors settled into the bout, the big rookie found himself tied up in the ropes, leaving Dakota an opportunity to roll up McAllister for a quick pinfall win.

The monsterous Mecha Mercenary was out next, taking on fellow masked star Kamakazi Kid in singles action. The big man had his way early but the veteran former Mid Atlantic Champ used his wiles and flexibility to withstand Mecha's onslaught and to turn the match around for a convincing pinfall win, leaving the ring as the mechanical monster had a tantrum after losing his iPPV bout.

The CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Titles were on the line as Dynasty's "the 1st" Ric Converse entered with CWF Rising Generation League Champion Chris "Sho Smoove" Lea as a legal replacement for Xsiris. The official #1 Contenders, Matt Houston & Louis Moore, a.k.a. the Mid Atlantic Outlaws, hit the ring ready to begin their first CWF title reign. Converse and the impressive Lea must have decided it was NOT going to happen on their watch despite Lea surviving a couple of brutal Outlaws double-teams to make the tag to Converse. Converse was able to pull off a pinfall win after the still-irate Mecha Mercenary rushed the ring and attacked the closest men he could find, the Outlaws!

No DQ - No Time Limit 6-Man Tag Team War was up next as security escorted the team of Jason Miller, "Lost Cause" Nick Richards & Zane Dawson into the arena to face returning Mark James, Donnie Dollar$ & CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Arik Royal. They brawled. They brawled. They brawled some more. On the floor, on the ramp, in the front rows, even in the ring. They brawled. The fan favorites found themselves being whipped like proverbial red-headed step-children and despite their intentions, couldn't do anything to stop the carnage against their team. The fans in attendance at the Mid Atlantic Sportatorium were most unhappy with the outcome of the battle as Miller, Richards & Dawson had their hands raised in victory.

The last man to win the Johnny Weaver Cup and have it presented to him by Johnny Weaver himself in 2007, "Handsome" Mitch Connor made his way to the ring. Connor explained to the new fans the legacy of the Weaver Cup Tournament in the Carolinas during it's tenth anniversary on behalf of CWF Mid Atlantic and remained at the commentary table to present the Weaver Cup to the winner.

With no time limit, Trevor Lee and Lee Valiant climbed through the ropes to face off for the Championship of the 2013 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament. Valiant advanced to the Final through sheer willpower and determination while Lee seemed to arrive there by sheer happenstance. Young Lee played a coy game, exiting the ring and playing the ten-count game with the referee repeatedly, both frustrating Valiant and the fans alike. Valiant stayed steady, keeping his anger at Lee's tactics on the back burner and attacking his opponent as viciously as he could get away with. However, after the thirty minute mark it appeared that Lee was connecting more with his attacks than Valiant and began to maintain an advantage as both men left everything inside of the squared circle. Both men tangled on the ring apron and crashed to the concrete and the referee counted to ten and called for the bell. Everyone exploded for more time as officials and the referee discussed that there had to be a winner. The match was restarted and Valiant pulled off one more second wind, attacking with renewed vigor. Lee, however, connected with a couple of swinging kicks and found himself in the driver's seat, pinning the popular Valiant in a 45+ minute Weaver Cup Final for the record books.
