An Unplanned Eight Man Tag Main Event at CWF EXPLOSIVE ELEMENTS 2016 Blows The Roof Off Of The Sportatorium!

A Special Report!

Mid Atlantic Sportatorium

Gibsonville, NC

CWF EXPLOSIVE ELEMENTS kicked off with the return of the Donald, who introduced Vlad and Otto for a political discussion prior to the opening bout.

Mixed tag action kicked off the evening's competition with Him The Fury & Sis taking on the popular Cutie & the Beast's Beau Crockett & "Innocent" Isaiah Santero in a physical brawl. The fan favorites took the duke by pinfall leaving their masked opponents talking to themselves.

Ethan Alexander Sharpe, along with his entourage of Number Folk, entered next to take on veteran "Handsome" Mitch Connor in singles action. Connor took the brash benefactor to the canvas and made him taste it, stretched him out a little and then finished him off with a pinfall win.

Rookie Cain Justice, a recent graduate of the CWF Dojo hit the ring to take on Nick Richards in singles action. Richards controlled much of the bout with the youngster getting an advantage late, or so he believed. Nick Richards wins by pinfall.

Aspyn the Mermaid and "White" Mike Jordan hit the ring like a Mardi Gras parade to take on Chasity Taylor and RGL Champion Dirty Daddy in a Captain's tag bout. Jordan retreats from Daddy, Daddy yells "Are you chicken? Let's fight!" and a chicken fight erupts in mid ring. Chicken-Fighting Legend "White" Mike thought the match was over when he and Aspyn toppled Chasity and Dirty Daddy, but a double pinfall gave Chasity and Daddy a convincing win.

"Ace" Arik Royal was out next, attitude and all, to take on Joey Rogers in singles action. Rogers started strong, perhaps surprising Royal, so Royal became violent in a flash. Toppling his opponent with no quarter offered, Snooty Foxx hit the ring to neutralize Royal post-match.

A former CWF Triple Crown Champion Xsiris hit the ring with a house mic and called out Smith Garrett, whom he believes is trying to "take his place" with his old running mates. Garrett entered and suggested they settle the matter in the ring. Xsiris eventually declined, exiting the arena.

CWF WorldWide Television Champion Aric Andrews was out next to defend his title against the current PWI International Ultra-J Crown Champion Chet Sterling. Both men beat on each other like they owed each other money with the time limit expiring allowing Andrews to exit with title in hand.

Following intermission Brad Attitude hit the ring with a chair to sit and complain about the poster for CWF ULTIMATE SURVIVOR XIV. Unaware that Trevor Lee was actually in the building, Lee struck and began ripping away the clothes of Attitude after kicking him in the mouth. Coach Gemini directed Vlad Boleshov and Otto Schwanz to attack resulting to Chet Sterling and Andrew Everett evening up the odds. Coach sends in Walter Eaton and Roy Wilkins and Mecha Mercenary evens up the numbers. CWF Champion Trevor Lee asks for a match, eight man, and ringside officials quickly agree, setting up an eight-man tag main event that came out of nowhere.

Coach Gemini's Cold War Army, consisting of Otto Schwanz, Vlad Boleshov, Roy Wilkins & Walter Eaton squared off against the home team of CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Trevor, Andrew Everett, CWF Tag Champion Mecha Mercenary & PWI Ultra-J Champ Chet Sterling. It took nearly 20 minutes before a decision was made and when it was over the fan favorites left as victors and one of the original All Stars turned in his resignation in disgust. Walter Eaton almost got his hands on Coach Gemini before Roy Wilkins intervened and Eaton pleaded for Wilkins to "open his eyes" and see what was going on before exiting.
