A hot crowd of vocal wrestling fans packed Burlington NC's Carolina Sports Arena for a night of twists and turns and two title bouts. The event began with non-title tag team action with the CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Champions Xsiris & Kamakazi Kid hitting the ring to do battle with RGL Champion "Jersey" Nick Richards & "Italian Assassin" Gregory Vercetti. The young Richards found himself on the wrong side of the ring early, causing his partner to brood on the ring apron awaiting a chance to enter the fray. When he did enter the ring, Vercetti evened up the tide, but was unable to return to the ring after tagging in his partner for the first time. Richards felt the top rope body splash of the Kamakazi Kid before he felt the referee's three count on the canvas as he lay on his back.

"General" Michael McAllister was out next, proclaiming his right to take over the reigns of the Abu-Dabi financial backers from the recently-deposed Sheik Lumpkin. Mikael Yamaha entered the ring and took the house mic from the self-proclaimed general sounding off about the absence of Fatback Enterprises due to their suspension and explained that he was entered into the special 6-Pack TV Title Challenge later in the event and was ready to step back into the championship spotlight.

The CWF Mid Atlantic Television Title was up for grabs next as champion "Simply" Steve Greene stepped up to answer the challenge of big Alex Adonis. The popular Adonis started fast, shrugging off the champion like he was a mere annoyance before the champion turned the tides back into his favor. General McAllister ended up on the ring apron at the seven minute mark, tossing a steel chain over the head of Greene, but successfully getting the ring official's attention, allowing the TV Champ the chance to nail the challenger in the head to stun him long enough for a pinfall victory.

Tag team action was up next as Scott Kull & Mark Van Hook entered the ring to square off against Destiny's "Infamous Icon" Joey Silvia & "Leelicious" Lee Valiant along with manager Ty Dillinger. A high-speed battle ensued with Van Hook & Kull seperating Valiant from his partner early. Former Mid Atlantic Heavyweight champ Silvia waded into the battle, taking over the ring and slowing their opponent's offensive burst to a crawl. Silvia positioned the impressive Kull, turning and dropping as Valiant landed feet-first onto his chest from the top ropes for an impressive finish and pinfall win. Manager Ty Dillinger took the house mic as the wrestlers left the ring area and announced that HE was the special surprise Commissiner for the evening. He went on to talking about witnessing the retirement of wrestling legend Ric Flair only to be interrupted by the playing of the Nature Boy's music.

Not know what or whom to expect, Dillinger was surprised when the VIP's Gemini Kid emerged from the ring entrance and entered the ring. Gemini took the house mic and filibustered until his was angry enough to precipitate an attack on the Commissioner, soon joined by his teammates Jesse "El Fuego" Ortega & "Simply" Steve Greene for some sick fun. Destiny cleared the ring and Dillinger announced that he had a very special surprise for the main event later in the night just because of the attack he'd just survived.

In grudge match action the popular Brass Munkey stood up to his attacker Evan Banks and his manager Bobby O'Neil, who had tried to injure him at a previous event. The newcomer Banks held his own against the maniacal Munkey, giving as well as taking the punishment dealt to him. Manager O'Neil was able to get his hands on the fan-favorite only on a couple of occassions, and not enough to significantly change the outcome of the bout. Munkey took a shot at the manager on the ring apron and then forced the impressive youngster to submit after nailing him in the head with a wicked spinning kick to even the score.

With a shot at the CWF Mid Atlantic Television Title on the line for the winner, six former champions entered the ring to do battle in a special one-fall 6-Pack bout. General Michael McAllister, Roy "Rage" Wilkins, Tank Lawson, "Handsome" Mitch Connor, "Box Office Draw" Mikael Yamaha & Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride went to battle, with friends battling friends and Connor trying to make peace with Yamaha in the opening moments. Peace did not ensue as the tags became quick and all six competitors did everything possible to keep any of the others from making a pin. Wilkins made a late impressive run, punking out McAllister after he had delivered a low blow to Yamaha. Lawson was positioned to get tagged in and make the pinfall win for a guaranteed shot at the "High Definition" Television Title.

After in-ring introductions for the main event, Commissioner Dillinger entered the ring area to announce his surprise, that Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride would be his hand-picked enforcer at ringside to cancel the VIP's advantage of having Gemini Kid at ringside. CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion "the 1st" Ric Converse answered the bell to defend against the challenge of the VIPs Jesse "El Fuego" Ortega. Ortega began the bout on fire and soon began to work on injuring the arm of Converse in preparation for a Fujiwara armbar submission, his favorite means of winning. The champion withstood almost twelve minutes of attacks aimed at weakening his arm as the "King of Heat" Gemini Kid tried to find opportunities to get involved as Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride continually thwarted him. Converse literally turned the tables by stealing a page from the challenger's gameplan and forcing a rare tap out by the hot-blooded Ortega from his own Fujiwara armbar hold.

Before the celebration could get started, McBride entered the ring and faced off against Converse as the two are scheduled to do battle for the Mid Atlantic title in Greensboro NC on April 19th. Converse didn't appreciate the aggression McBride quite unexpectedly displayed and the two had to be seperated by the ring officials from the back.
